FAO Schwarz, an amazing upscale toy store, opened this
flagship location on Fifth Avenue in 1986, but the
company dates back to 1876 when the first location
opened in Baltimore, making it the oldest toy store in
the country. FAO Schwarz is known for its assortment of
one-of-a-kind products that reflect the brand's
dedication to quality and creativity, and became even
more famous after being featured in the Tom Hanks movie
"Big". FAO Schwarz is now owned by Toys "R" Us. |
